“Create Your Own…” makes meshes with matching UV maps. These are editable textures for the mesh object. The textures are delivered as 2048 x 2048 Photoshop files.
You can edit them in a graphical program like Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or Gimp.
You can change the colours, add patterns, affix a logo, overlay some text - the possibilities are endless. In the end, the product offered to your customers is one with your stamp on it, something which they will never be able to find anywhere else. It is truly your own.

Nice except for the colors
Of course, being from cYo the mesh work on these books is outstanding, and the included textures are well crafted. My only objection was that the included textures have some colors that are unusual and a little off-putting for books -- lavender, pink and bright yellow, for example -- and the colors are not easy to change in the included Photoshop file, contrary to the product description. I had hoped the color was an overlay, so that it could be changed, but it's part of the included texture. My Photoshop skills are not very advanced so I don't know if I can make my own texture from scratch, but I will try, because in every other respect these worked well for my project.
