This is a scripted house. It is low prim to fit on the smallest 512 plots with prims left over for landscaping and still have furnished rooms to enjoy. If you would like a demonstration of the house there is a miniature version that can be tried out in the vendor at Mascioni(40,53,33).
The House

Typing /111 will bring up a menu to change the floor, roof, windows or permissions for who is allowed to change these things.
The floor and the the roof have several choices of texture.
The windows are tinted by menu and some can be changed to solid walls.
The door is a Timeless door.(lockable with access list)
There is a modifiable script to add friends to the friends list. There is an object in the box you purchase to show the uuid of the person touching it.
Due to the copiable nature of the house and its contents there are no refunds.
