Neck strap clipping into collar on Maitreya
full star full star full star full star empty star Posted September 25, 2024 by Katarin Kiergarten

This will be a nice jacket once the quality control issue is addressed on two sizes. Be sure to check the demo before you buy. Example: https://gyazo.com/24f8073ed90699f62cbb44373aa9d044

The straps shouldn’t be clipping into the collar and unfortunately one of them does. This doesn’t happen on all sizes but Maitreya is one of the most popular bodies on the grid, so this is unfortunate.

As to the reviewer who didn’t like how bulky this jacket is, it’s completely within reason for the style of jacket. The cut is good. It isn’t curvy or skimpy like most in SL—it is realistic, which some us want.

Looking forward to an update that fixes the issues noted.

Bought in-world

Reviewing this here because I bought it in-world. It's a great jacket, but a major issue with this is if you try to change the color on the fur, or to set it fully transparent, other parts of the jacket will do the same. It makes no sense to me, it did this even when I scrubbed the jacket of all scripts.

Comfy Looking!

Very thick coat. Minor clipping issue with my chest, but most small to average sizes won't notice it. Can easily wear some tight clothing underneath.

i try this jacket fits well but looks like you have a fridge with fur on your torso, not a drop of aesthetics, bulky.i like your older products, not sure why you change for more common boring models now.
