In collaboration with Dark Spot Designs, digiLegs brings the awesome canine paw made by Oken Hax to modern mesh bodies!
Designed to attach and go, digiLegs takes full advantage of BOM, auto-hide alpha scripts, SL UV mapping and universal layers for easy personalization using in world tools. Fully supports Second Life's appearance editor, allowing you to customize the shape, including foot size.
*BoM because textures should just work!
*Works with SL body sliders so you can fine tune foot size, leg muscles, etc.
*The foot paws are compatible with the four toe variation of the SL UV standard layout. So, for example, Whisk textures made for Feety Peets will also work on digiLegs!
*Universal layers give you inworld options for personalization (or hiding possible texture issues around the toes)
The scripts in the legs make them appear as "no modify" in your inventory, but you should be able to edit the textures as usual.
Make sure to set your mesh body to BoM via it's HUD. Set your mesh body and legs to use the same alpha blending mode, or you may see seems from lighting at higher graphics settings.

HUD system updated to control digiLegs and Awesome Paws together for easily syncing the textures between the two mods! A couple bugs squashed.

- Tattoo layers included for personalization and hiding possible seems

I dont know why i didnt get them when i first saw them. They are such good legs! Sure, you're gonna have a bad time when looking for pants, so shorts is a must but if you get the jammies, the black goes with a lot of outfit :3
Wish these were more popular
As the title says, I really wish these were more popular.
Fortunately, these will still work with most all skins sometimes accompanied with very minor flaws like mild texture stretching and mismatched shadows.
If you already own these paws, it would be helpful to reach out to your favorite skin mod creators to request a mod be created for these (offer to gift them a set and pay them for their time). The more people ask, the better.
Now if I were to criticize something about these paws, well - there's not much. I wish they had more movement and it would be super cool to have a static pose and animations HUD.
But - more or less, I'm just reaching and dreaming here! Perhaps just a few different textures for the pads would be much more achievable.
These are fantastic paws; the best on SL that I've seen.
Great! Except...
Aside from my one, personal nitpick, these are super lovely. I adore the proportions, I love how the claws and pawpads look, I love how well the leg fits to the body. These fill that Jake-Rigged-SLUV-Legs-shaped hole in the SL furry market perfectly.
My personal nitpick? The avatar I bought these for does not have pawpads... And when the pawpads are alpha'd out, there are holes in the bottom of the toes :( So, sadly won't be using these for my primary 'sona, but they will still definitely get use in my avvie making adventures!
I would love to see an update patching these holes up, as well as potentially more fits (for Anatomy body?)!
Excellent digitigrade mesh legs!
Great fit with my Legacy meshbody. I haven't found other digitigrade legs that blend as nicely for the Legacy meshbody as these. It's like the body was meant for them. They are meant for a canine style anthro and they have an easily usable HUD to conceal segments of the legs and for tinting. An excellent companion to the paws now with a single HUD that controls both. I'm very satisfied.
The segment concealing seems to be symmetrical only (at the time of this review 28Feb2023), meaning that you cannot conceal one leg section and not the same leg section on the companion leg. This has NEVER been any amount of a problem for me, but any prospective buyer may wish to be aware. I give these legs 5 of 5. If you use a Legacy body, these are the legs for you!
I reallly want to like these! I do.
I love these legs, And would love to use them but due to my choice of clothes, and styling they dont mesh well due to the leg shape causing clipping through my clothes, and even with the hud to remove hide the ankle Im left with a gaping whole in the back of my feet that is clearly visible.
My only other issue is I wish these could autohide when putting on clothes, But thats a nitpick due to a technical limitation im sure.

Personally I used it in the creation of a Khajiit with the Belleza Jake body and it turned out perfect..
