e-Crew is a scripted assistant that will help you managing your boat.

It has been especially designed for TMS I-Mocca 60 which is a very nice and fast boat but handling it can be challenging due to all the parameters the skipper has to handle, especially when sailing alone.

e-Crew will make your boat as easy to handle as a (fast) cruise boat by taking care of the foils, rudder and keel for you, thus make your boat enjoyable when you are just cruising and want to still be able to chat with your passengers.

It can also be a good help if you are learning to sail this boat as you can start by concentrating on steering and managing sails before you start going with all controls.

e-Crew will not alter the boat behavior or performances in any way, all it does is sending commands to the boat engine script for foils, keel and rudders.

As a bonus, is will also give skipper useful informations in chat (by private messages) about engine throttle and when it's disabled, it will also give keel position to skipper and crew. Note that if you are wearing eCrew HUD, throttle will be displayed in it instead of chat.

The script has been tested and tweaked during hours to make the boat handling as smooth as possible while being as light as possible (adding only 48KB of script memory to the boat).

It's also very discreet, nothing will change in the boat appearance, no pesky hovertext added to your boat, you'll only notice a short click sound and a flash of the light in the back of the boat whenever e-Crew sends a command to the boat. This is to alert you that something is being changed so you can be ready for a slight change in the boat behavior.

*** IMPORTANT *** : e-Crew is NOT designed to be used during races. If it is enabled, it will be switched off automatically when racing mode is engaged and can't be re-enabled until the boat is switched back to cruising mode.

e-Crew has been tested in TMS I-Mocca v1.25 to v2.8. It may not work with prior releases, if you have unexpected behavior, make sure you have the latest release of the boat boat.
