put 1 prim at the landing point of the parcel. put one of the 3 scripts from your inventory in it. change the scripts periodically.
when the incoming avatar touches the landing point, it will receive questions and answers. if it does not answer the question at all, it will be sent home. if it answers the question incorrectly, it will be sent home again. those who answer the question correctly can participate in the organization you have prepared.
