erratic / emily - leather boots / beige

The mesh model itself is interesting, but the photo makes the black version seem much darker than it actually is. It's really more of a charcoal gray...and not as shiny/leathery as the photo seems, too. Excellent case of "should have bought the demo". I typically see excellent products from this designer, though, so I didn't think it was a gamble. All in all, a nice coat...just not what I hoped for.

I haven't purchased a leather coat in a while, mainly because leather never really looked like leather.
But, this looks amazing! Very nicely done with the normal and specular mapping...

I hope erratic brings out some leather pants that have materials to go with this MUST HAVE coat!

A friend wanted me to buy black so I went to store and also bought red and tan. On lighter colors the quilted sleeve show up really well. I am blonde so I love tan best. It is nice because it doubles as above knee dress- not too slutty or frumpy. Just put it on and slip on a pair of high heel platform pumps from Lindsey Warwick so your Slink medium feet don't get wet in rainy London while sluething with James Bond. At night change into the black or red coat and, buckle on a pair of Lindsey's platform sandals, go knock on Bond's door and tell him you are there for a ride... in his Astin Martin...
