erratic / deliciosa earrings / DEMO

I bought quite a few things from this store and what i have from it, i do like, and i even believe i reviewed most of it when i bought them. I do understand that is is great to have reviews so you'll know if people like your products, and all the lovely stars under your product are awesome to see. I totally get it.

There is this teeny tiny little annoying thing though... Let me explain:

When you first sign up for Second Life there is this legal documentation you have to agree with that also includes this on section 6.2 paragraph II:

"You agree that you will not post or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, or promotional materials..." (https://www.lindenlab.com/tos#6.2)

I checked back and as far as i can tell, i never agreed to you sending me that promotional texture and text in chat urging me to write a review (doing this right now, funny that ha...) AND get a chance to win five thousand smackers!! Great, right!? except ... There is also something called "Second Life Marketplace Fee And Listing Policies" And that little annoying legal document you signed by agreeing to ToS says:

"The following actions are disallowed. Note that these actions are disallowed by the Second Life Terms of Service, and are restated here for clarification. Anti-Competitive or Abusive Behavior. Examples include, but are not limited to: rewarding buyers for reviews unless both positive and negative reviews are rewarded. (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/listing_guidelines#Anti-Competitive or_Abusive_Behavior)

Let me just make that real clear: You can not pick and choose who you will reward (L$5000 in this case) So you reward all reviews, or none at all.

Hate me all you want, i'm just pointing you to the legal document you agreed upon when signing up for Second Life. You are now in breach of that legal document. I won't report you, but someone might. And keep making great stuff, i like quite a few of it. But don't spam me ever again, please... Thank you
