It has different sizes but to say this is rigged is a lie. You also get an alpha that doesn't alpha anything out.
Decent but...
The texture work and design of this kilt, and the other kilts made by this designer, are nice; however there is a single, blaring issue. It looks as thin as paper. Real fabric is thick, with many layers sewn together... this also makes it harder to fit on any avatar because there is no thickness to it to cushion the appearance.
My advice to the creator: If you're using blender there is this wonderful modifier called 'solidify' which would likely make this kilt ten times better, and would have had me buying it in an instant.
