At last an actual kilt that looks and moves like one. I have no problems at all with mine. I even had him krumping as a test and it holds up really well. Just came back to buy an actual one.
This needs to be remade
This kilt is the typical example for an amazing concept, the perfect outcome, but tiny mistakes ruining the whole thing. The textures and the model itself looks just beautiful, but the rigging is so awful, it's almost unwearable. If you sit down, the whole thing under your butt stretches out, and at the front it looks like a single vertex isn't even weighted by any bone.
2 stars because it looks really good, and with fixing these issues it can become one of the best selling mesh kilts out there, but right now it's just not worth it to buy. Do try the demo though, and see for yourself.
MY BUTT!!
Well ... if you care for your ass then this kilt might not be for you. It will make your ass vanish.
In fack my whole pelvis looked like I'd been in some horrible accident. Quit fun though in a very bizarre way. And that was when trying the version without the sporran, with that everything got much worse.
This is by far the most harsh review I've ever written and I'm sorry for doing so. I asume mesh can be tricky to work with and I hope the creator gets the hang of it since the texture, shape and the way it fits is quit good. Until you actualy wear the kilt.
1 star but I will keep an eye out for the next attempt. SL needs good mesh kilts!
