Good for everyone, great for avatars it's designed for.
This dress is gorgeous, and worth the price. Its one flaw is that your avatar needs to be both tall and very skinny for it to work out of the box. It's fully sculpted and too long for avatars less than 5'10". Wide hips plus a modest posterior will also make this dress a rather tedious editing process.
On the whole, it's fantastic. Only other thoughts are that a jacket layer and small lace detail/hem alternate shirt layer so it doubles as a top would make this 5 stars, among the best in SL.
