The h - telebuttons are made to be simple to use. The way they work is somewhat different from your everyday free teleporter script. So it requires a little bit of learning to work them, but once it's learned should be both easier and faster (I hope :))
They are sold as scripts only - but comes with textures to use and requires only 3 simple prims to work. Also a detailed description how to install in your house or whereever you may need a short* range teleporter
* = Due to the nature of link limits "short" means 30 meters approx range
