This is a helicopter blade texture.

It is free. would be better if it were higher Rez and the cutout quality is iffy
It is free! Should be higher Rez. The quality of the cutout is a bit iffy. I downloaded the Second Life ad image for the propeller from the internet and cut it out myself. That made it usable.
