[hh] Gabby Dress

This dress is packed with texturing options, which makes it a fantastic buy for the price. You can texture the collar and cuffs, the sleeves, and the dress individually. It also comes with really sexy leggings. It really is a cute dress. However, there are very dark shadows on the back of the arms running from the armpit to the cuffs that make it very difficult to look at (and since my camera is always behind me, I don't have much of a choice). The dark AO map could have been lightened for a more natural, balanced blend, but they simply stand out like a sore thumb. Adding an extra light source to the back in blender (or whatever program was used to create it) would fix this quickly. Rebake, save the texture, and apply it to the mesh in-world. It would take under 5 minutes. Rather than doing so, I was told their items are final and there would be no adjustments. I was offered a replacement, but I declined - if this is the type of texturing they do, why would I want another? Well, that was some pretty bad customer service, in my opinion. I was polite, professional, and kind in my contact; I feel like they had a poor attitude. I was planning to buy more of their stuff, but I will not be purchasing from this store again. Three stars for the cute design and texturing options. If you don't mind the ugly dark arms, then by all means, this is well worth the money.
