note this house is modifiable but it is also composed by some super prims so is possible you are not able to resize the house working on it in toto you can resize it working in its singolar piece
note the basement is a super prim so you can't resize it and the house is made for a standard 512 sqm land (16x32)
I read the ad for the product and chose to see the item in-world since there was an SLURL available. When I visited the URL, there was no example there, instead, a vampire world. Against my better judgment, I bought the item anyway. I took the item to my 512 plot and it's HUGE, much bigger than the standard 512 plot I have. The item said I could modify and it would not resize (assuming big prims were used?). So, I'm stuck with this in my inventory. Wanting to be a good consumer, I sent an IM to the owner through xstreet and in-world and haven't heard back. I'm giving it one star for these reasons. I paid $99L but the rating is honest and fair IMO.
