1. You need to have Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable with mesh to see properly a mesh object.
2. We provide our mesh objects in different mesh pieces to allow you to put inside, i.e., animations. PLEASE, DON NOT UNLINK THE MESH IF YOU HAVE NOT IDEA HOW TO SET OPTIMIZATIONS. Edit it using "edit linked parts" tool.
3. Any manipulation in settings (resize, unlink, link) COULD INCREASE THE PRIM COUNTS.
4. DO NOT link other objects with the mesh. Cound increase the prim counts.

Good but ...
Good: Shape, textures and land impact.
Bad: bad quality in mesh load (from far view it's transparent).
Improve the mesh load and it will get 5 stars.
