MESH WARNING:
This item is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some else viewer capable.
Mesh are not like prims, if you resize a mesh could increase the prims count.
Item is linked and setted to optimize the LI count. Of course items are mod, so you are able to unlink them, but keep in mind that by doing this, will increase the LI.
Mesh textures dont work like textures of prims, because usually mesh have only some faces or just one.
Saying all this, be careful how you change and modify your item and enjoy it :)

An amazing beautiful ground or beach platform, completely resizable, beautifully textured by low lag menu, only 8 prims, really walkable with no mesh problem at all, thanks so much for the low price. You worked a lot and your job is lovely.

I just needed some ground to put a house on in the water and this was perfect. Resized to 64x64 and set below the water a bit and Bob's your uncle!
