The "Innovatio Plu LE" house was developed in february 2009, is a reformulated version of Innovatio Plus, with a new furniture line with modern and more interactive design, easy access to the ambiences such as in a loft, but, defined in a smart way, your external structure is surrounded by small gardens. The main and back entrance go to the living room with two side ladders for a high intermediate ambience, with access to bedroom or the pool, both take to the upper central floor, that has the kitchen with view to the balcony outside. In this version, the pool area is larger and the bedroom comes with decorated bathroom.

I LOVE this house. I found it looking at another of this creator's homes and had to have it. Yhe lay out is so unique: open floor plan with multi-levels in a V shape that is very different. I love the large floor to ceiling windows that let in LOTS of natural light. The spa area with a wall waterfall is amazing. The bedroom with the built in shelving and separate bathroom is really cool. The kitchen overlooking the living space is perfect too. The textures are very real but a little too bright so I will fix that and remove some of the furniture to replace it with my own. It worked perfectly right out the box! Overall this is beautiful for my new beach plot and I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes somethin a lil different than the average. Thank you Jacob!!
