This is Sailor Moon's Transformation locket from season 4. Moon Crisis Power was the trigger for her metamorphosis. This brooch is different from her others because this locket is only pink and gold. It does not incorporate the colors of Jupiter, Mars, Mercury, and venus.

I've actually worn this item for years with my avatars (off and on). Even now after Mesh has been introduced I've found that this brooch is still one of my favorites.
