The Bennett house is a 4 room (2 up 2 down) build. It has a balcony at the front accessed by old metal steps and industrial style double sliding doors (upstairs and downstairs) at the front and a single door at the rear.

The house is so-so. The usual box. The textures are also not impressed. There are no doors between the rooms. It would have been a demo. I would never have bought it. The house looks no more than 50 li.
