This type of shimada hairstyle is traditionally worn by geisha/geiko. It is slightly different from the standard geisha shimada, in that the bun/mage is slumped down rather than held up away from the head. It's sometimes worn by geisha who specialize as musicians (jikata geisha), or sometimes for certain dance pieces. This hair has a HUD with the colors shown on the image, plus color options for the comb and kogai accessories. The HUD also controls new material options like gloss and bump for the hair (these options will only make a difference if you have advanced lighting turned on in your viewer).
