There're 2 Types of Mirrors in SecondLife.
REZ Objects on The Land.

Initially, You Need to Upgraded FireStorm to the Latest Version which Includes PBR Materials.
Go to "Avatar" -> "Preference" (Ctrl+P) -> "Graphics" -> "General":
Reflection Detail: RealTime
Reflection Coverage: Full Scene
Mirror Resolution: 2048 (If you own a good Graphic Card)
Mirror Update Rate: Every Frame
