These are a pair of latex stockings. There are 231 textures included in the texture HUD, and these will change with the foot positions on the Kuroo HUD.
They can be worn left/right/both, and there are 8 faces that can be changed independently.

These fit perfectly on the Kuroo avatar and they have a ton of textures to match, or you can even use your own texture.
Not modify
These are not modify in world, despite the storepage saying so, and the creator never responded to messages asking about this. All I need to do was edit the bottoms to fit my avatar, and I cannot.
