Should be warned
It is free but still people should be warned that house doesnt have ANY doors.
It is marked like mod but actually isnt. Only thing what you can fix is floor on up.
It is also marked like fully mesh but actually isnt bc lot of prims is used to support phantom mesh.
By design style is house nice, so if you have building skills to install doors, fix floor and cover up some flaws here and there- then this house is ok to have.
But if you dont have building skills then is better skip this house.
Pretty good, for a freebie.
Decently textured, but all around, kind of weird. There are some pieces that don't line up properly, like the upper floor coming off the stairs- there's a transparent texture on an edge, so you can see straight through it to the bottom floor. There's also a random bar of black along one of the outer brick edges, and some texture popping in places when you cam around. My biggest gripe however is the construction; the buildings' actual floors are phantom, so there's invisible prims to walk on, and the mesh pieces are weirdly linked together- You can't edit the placement or shape of the massive concrete slab underneath because it's also part of the walls. Not the best design! It's free, so one can't really complain, but these are things to watch out for. Cosmetic and design issues aside, it's a decent build if you're just plopping it onto your land as is, without worry for the texture imperfections or need to alter it.
