These objects and textures have specific perms attached to them. If they say resell, you are free to add them to your own creations, for example, you can add a tombstone to a haunted graveyard you are selling. They are not to be sold "as is", as in exactly how I am selling them.

Took a chance and got burned
I am not sure where the higher ratings come from but should have trusted the two reviews. This is a two SL crossed plane plant. Even worse, the texture is blurry.
The only possible use case for this product would be a backdrop that is only seen from a distance.
Awful!
Item was blurry and unusable. Had to trash it :( Don't waste your money.
