These objects and textures have specific perms attached to them. If they say resell, you are free to add them to your own creations, for example, you can add a tombstone to a haunted graveyard you are selling. They are not to be sold "as is", as in exactly how I am selling them.

It's an alpha texture. Nice for a prop or decoration, though.
I mistakenly presumed it was a sculpty / mesh.
