One set of five poses, with individual poses as well as pose balls for each pose for ease of adjusting.
These are bento poses, so there are hand poses for each, but you are free to change using any hand poses you want.
To see the poses accurately, please be sure to DISABLE ALL ANIMATIONS FOR YOUR HANDS AND ALL ANKLE LOCKS!
My poses are created for average sized avatars. You may have to adjust them using something like Animare, or you might want to tweak your shape if needed.
