After (90) days offline continue, send your last will to your friend.
If you cannot login SL anymore by unexpected reasons, your huge amount of property(L$) would be vanished in vain? Would be fine on contract with land owner(with unpaid rental fee)? And, what could do about your piles of beautiful items in your inventory?
If you have a friend to trust, just entrust all.
This "MyLastWill" object has a script checking your online, and after (90) days offline continue, give to your friend inventory item like Last Will notecard(or others) and send message:
"After (90) days offline, (you) give to (friend) item: Last Will(name), ..."
How to use(prepare):
1) First, decide the friend to send your Last Will, and write name on the script inside.
Rewrite the script "last will script" and save it:
(line 7) FriendName = "Friend Name"; Put username of your friend between "".
Other settings:
(line9) After = 90; offline days for the Last Will
(line10) OnlineCheck = 300; every seconds
(line11) Japanese = TRUE; Japanese message, or FALSE for English
(line13) Test = FALSE; or TRUE for work test(After: 60 seconds, OnlineCheck: every 10 seconds)
2) See Last Will notecard sample inside, edit it and save it to make your own Last Will.
Put any other item inside to give together.
3) Place this "MyLastWill" object on safe place, then preparation is over.
Of course your own land is safe, but could have a risk that during the 90 days offline, your contract would be stopped and "MyLastWill" object itself would be returned.
If your friend can give you a place, it's another safe. And more friends, more safe.

Take all objects from the land/parcel.
Cancel the contract with the land owner.
From the balance of the Linden dollar liquidated debt,
Give XXL$(XX%) amount to (Username A).
Give XXL$(XX%) amount to (Username B).
(...)
I give the remaining full amount to you (Friend Username), also as the executor.
From my inventory,
Give (Item name 1) to (Username A).
Give (Item name 2) to (Username B).

In addition, as the executor, you can give any transferable items to anyone.
Put all rest items into the trash, and empty the trash.
After all finished, login to the SL official Web site, please delete my account.
