RADAR HUD sensing around; display names and distances.
Notice owner when someone comes in chat, close or long range.
To RADAR on/off, just touch HUD, or chat command like '/3o' can be used.
Name form for display or notice: Display name[Legacy name(without 'Resident')]
Because of length limit of text above HUD, when people are so many, someone far might not be displayed.
When enter new SIM, SIM name and position would be noticed.
You can type on chat like '/3o', '/3t 5' for change settings.
('/3o':On or Off, '/3t 5':Set TimeCycle as 5 seconds, etc)
Chat command list:
O(On/Off) - Activate or Disactivate RADAR (same as touching HUD)
T(TimeCycle) [s] - Sense time every s seconds
R(Range) [c [l]] - Sense range c:close and l:long meters to notice
N(NumMax) [n] - Max n:number of avatars sensing
S(SimInfo) [1/0] - Notice sim info 1:on/0:off when enter new sim
C(Channel) [n] - Channel n:number for chat command
