This mobile home comes with over 330sq meters of living space it takes a footprint of 44x12 the mobile home itself is 103 prim. I have also included a second box so that you can fully furnish the home with just a couple of clicks of your mouse. The furniture is 129 prim. I have put various animations in all of the furniture so you can play and enjoy your sl. If you are unsure about it fitting please get the footprint for mobile home that I have marked as related to at the bottom of this add.
this was a first build i am leaving it on the market as it is still good however it contains some bugs. the table and chair i talk about in the nc does not exist, and it sometimes rez wrong to fix the rez error just move the box
