The script delay port is a simple way to reduce the delay in any area. Many people do not realize they are carrying a large amount of scripts and are slowing down the sim. This tool will only allow people whose script number or memory usage is below the set limit.
To set the script or memory limit, all you have to do is change a variable in the script. The script is commented, so it should be easy to find out what to change.
