It comes semi furnished with this nice three leather chairs and this cute desk.
All three chairs have cute sitting animations, so you can nicely sit and have a chat with your friends. .
You can darken the windows, to give you a bit of privacy.
The boat is copy and modify, but NOT transfer.
The size is 35*15m and it has 119 prim.
The boat comes boxed with a notecard inside with the setup instruction.
