This is a mesh product which requires you to have a mesh supported viewer. Most viewers are mesh enabled and this is something that you probably dont need to think about. Linden Labs official viewer is mesh enabled.

Rigged (or skinned) mesh moves along with your avatars movement. Make sure you try the demo before buying to make sure that the size fits your avatar.
