I keep seeing people using 4 or 5 prims and up on their engine housing.. here's something to save you a few. Ratio's for texture and size are in the description of the Sculpt Map Texture. Just open the texture and stretch to see all the numbers.

Exactly what I needed
A bit expensive for such a plain sculpt, but it was exactly what I needed, I can't find anything else like this, it looks good expanded... and with animated textures crammed in for fans, it's a great prop... 5 stars I guess!
