pa-18 super cub sesquiplane wings (boxed)

PLEASE NOTE: This is a modification for the Laminar Systems PA-18 Super Cub.

You must own the Super Cub in order to be able to use this.

Note that the crop spraying mod and this mod share the same space, so they're incompatible.

PLANE NOT INCLUDED! Other mods you might see in the pictures are not included, such as the tundra tyres and cargo pod.

After that caveat, the blurb :)

This is a pair of small secondary wings to fit to your cub, modelled after a few RL modded cubs. Sesqui is from Latin, and means "one half more". In the case of aircraft wings, it is applied when a secondary wing is fitted and is not more than half the area of the primary wing.

These are hand crafted (well, made by paw actually) with high, medium, low, lowest and physics models all painstakingly created by me. The mesh uploader has generated none of this so you get nothing but nicely made mesh that shouldn't interfere with the normal operation of your cub.

They add about 3.5 to 4LI to your plane, so are quite modest in that regard.

Installation is nice and simple! Just rez your cub and the wings, overlap them, link them, unlink the carrying cube, and you're done. If you're not that experienced with modding/editing, there are some much more detailed instructions in the manual.

Out of the box, the wings are coloured to match the standard yellow cub colour scheme.

Included in the box are FP textures for your modding pleasure. Feel free to export them and modify them to suit your cub's colour scheme. PSD files are also available should you with to get more fancy.

I've done plenty of landings with the wings with nary a problem, so I'm confident that you won't have any problems either :)

Hopefully you'll have lots of fun pretending to fly even slower than cubs usually manage.
