[plugin] Word Scrambler Top 10 Scoreboard Version 1.0

This is a parcel only scoreboard plugin for the Word Scrambler.

It keeps track of local scores and allows players to touch the board to see their current score and position.

Owner is also able to click the board for a menu with the option to Clear the board.

It also shows how many players are competing and the total words solved on the parcel.
