full perm :) 1 prim sculpted propeller i made for a wind farm looks cool spinning ect u can use it for whatever u need it for aslong as u dont re sell as a single item or with full rights sell in your builds is cool please chech my other items out

sadly not symmetric
Very nicely sculpted propeller, with one big fault: if you put a rotation script in it doesn't rotates around its center - which makes it pretty useless for practical use.
