No bom on marketplace version!

The texture and detail are amazing, but the bom is in store only!.....I made the mistake of buying on marketplace, but 5 stars because the people at sessions were brilliant and re delivered a bom version next day....can't fault the store or the product.
Maybe it's my head?, But tone 1 body skin doesn't match the head?!, But I can live with it
