This can be used for framing objects and you have full permissions on it to make and sell with your frames. It is an alpha layer. i have taken a photo of how the frame will look with a picture in world also.

Total Rubbish.
I just rezed this out onto a prim and then went to put a texture inside the frame and its just changed all my green grass platform to a picture. Did not go into the frame as it states in the ad.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RUBBISH ITEM.
