Nice look, but a few issues
The outfit itself is a nice period piece with a variety of sculpy bits to give it a better flaire. A big problem is I wanted to use the full skirt, but there's no leg options to match the texture on the skirt. So invariably your legs will be showing through the skirt, likely with a sharply contrasting dark stockings. The end result is a no-go if you want to go with the full skirt. It'd be more viable if there was a leg option that was the same texture as the skirt so when it leaks out it isn't so jarring. I rigged up a fudge with a pair of knee length off-white pants, not perfect but better then nothing.
Also, the open skirt lacks copy perms, so be careful when handling it.
