[ Usage notes ]

Powering down the shield will put the generator in recharge mode for 20 seconds to prevent griefing by power cycling. Same thing when turning LBA on/off.

Once the shield energy is depleted, it will need 20 seconds to recharge.

Should the generator be destroyed, it needs to be repaired to full hit points with LBA after which it can power up again.
