This free Tech Halo not only looks cool by default, but it also rotates around itself.
This item comes with 3 standard rotating speeds but you can edit its script and create your own speed.
You can also resize and recolour it as how you like, it's fully moddable by using the default edit tools!

For a free product these are fab as heck. I'm not sure what they mean by increasing complexity by a lot. It barely increased mine at all. (A couple thousand is really nothing compared to most furry avatars.)
