How to use:
Rez the skirt on the ground, and drag the script to the skirt.
Wear it and sit down.
Adjust the position while sitting. (The skirt, initially, is set to a temporary position. )
Left-click the skirt for three seconds.
Choose "Memory".
The skirt has memorized the sitting position!
Repeat the process when you wish to change the skirt's sitting position.

Great product. Only drawback is that you have to sit the same way each time. If the thing you sit on has a different pose than the one you set the product to, then folks can see what you do wear under your kilt.
