tablet - youtube player - portable media player - boxed

I cannot sign in to my youtube account in order to listen without ads because 'the browser or app may not be secure'.
I cannot update google chrome for the same reason.
There are no instructions available with this tablet in case there is a way to get it to work so I am glad I didn't pay too much for it.
Look elsewhere if there IS anywhere else to look!
On the up side, it actually does play youtube playlists ... they're just loaded with ads.
