Very impressive looking backdrop. The lighting and textures are awesome.

Can be used as a backdrop for photos but cal also be used in sim builds if positioned carefully and modded a bit. The lighting is immensely atmospheric. Really adds a lot to any urban build.

This is a beautiful sculpt. It really added some nice story to my little grunge corner home plot. I used taraFAB Night skybox #26 with it (along with some other buildings, of course), and it looks just amazing outside the windows, and to stand and walk around on. Awesome sculpt, awesome original textures.
It's only stated at the inworld store, so for those who were wondering: LI is 12 prims for each version.
The footprint isn't stated at all either, so I measured it, and it's 25 x 27, for those who were wondering. It is very small; a piece that should be used to detail a landscape!
