Thank you for your interest in my products! Here's some things you might need or want to know.
1. Yes, you bought a full perm mesh, but no, this does not mean you can hand it out to all of your friends as full perm. You CAN send it to them Copy/Mod or Mod/Trans, though.
2. You can texture these and add sits or scripts or whatever and sell them to earn money for yourself. Again, though, you can only sell them as Copy/Mod or Mod/Trans.. or I guess Trans Only or Copy Only are fine, though most customers don't seem to like that :P
3. If you want these to show YOU as the creator make sure to use one of your own prims as the root prim! If you're unsure, this means making a box or sphere or whatever of your own, selecting the mesh item THEN your prim and linking them. I understand if you forget to do this, but I would really really appreciate it so that if your customers need to contact you about the item, they contact YOU.
Some customers only look as far as the creator of the prim and don't look back to see who they actually bought the item from. It's ok, it happens, but linking in your own prim as the root (and yes it must be the root) will help cut down on this :)
4. Making my mesh items bigger than they are when you buy them can possibly increase the land impact/prim equivalent. Keep this in mind!
5. In each kit I will do my best to provide textured examples and colored examples. This is so that you can get an idea of what you can do with it with various textures AND to show you how many texturing faces the item has. Each color is a separate face!
6. I may provide Ambient Occlusions Maps when possible, then again I may not. I'm still learning that process.
7. If your kit comes with textures, the textures follow the same Terms of Service. No giving them away, no reselling them as textures, no making minor alterations to them and selling them as textures. You can, of course, use them on items and sell the items, that is what they're for :)

Simply add mesh clock arms which are sold all over for very cheap and a clock-face texture to the center to make a clock you can use mesh numbers and link it all yes it will increase the LI but for a discerning buyer they wont mind and will love the look. (Increase would be about13, but if you use just a TEXTURE, you would only have the mesh arms to deal with, and they are usually 1 or 2 LI at the most.
This is both traditional and modern at the same time depending on what textures you use. I recommend making your own custom materials for each texture.
You can have even more fun by taking a picture of a piece of tin foil that is clean and flat with whatever reflection is in it, and uploading into your photo manipulation program, making it 10X24, then placing it on the mesh in the middle. You can take a bunch of different reflections it in it it works great. And its a fun project too.
You can make it small for a jewelry or earring piece, or even link 5 or 6 together to make a crown or a bracelet!
Just some thoughts to show you can do a lot with this.
