I have set up the psd's in a way that's easy to understand, however to modify them to their full potential some knowledge of Photoshop is required. I apologize but I do not have the time to teach you Photoshop or your graphics software, however there are a multitude of resources inworld in which you can find classes and information on designing clothing.
