this skybox is 56 land impact / has balcony, one big room ( connected with balcony and two rooms ( one small conencting in the middle)
residential size is approx. 16 x 18 meters
comes unfurnished, without rain particles ( you have to get your own)
building is mod / copy, but I do not recommend to increase size of build, since it is mesh.

Something different
Yes i will first acknowledge that it can be a little tricky to get some camera angles, but not overly so as some may give the impression of. That said it has lovely texture and detail and really does give you that loft living feel and the detail is ideal, if you like your sim to be photogenic as well. Shame you cant see it in RL before you buy, but anybody considering it is welcome to ping me as i have it rezzed and use it. If Vespertine makes another like it it will surely be on my shopping list
Cute, Unique - Requires Camara-view Adjustment
I bought and lived in this a few years ago but recently saw these negative reviews related to it being small inside so wanted to comment.
It's not fair to give a low rating for the skybox itself because you don't know how to adjust your camera view. If you adjust your camara for small spaces this and other small builds are VERY easy to navigate. Google 'penny patton camara settings' and enjoy SL more. ;)
The balcony is what makes this special
I love this skybox! Instead of always feeling like you are in a box in the air, you can sit on the balcony and look out at the sky, and it really feels like a charming garret flat. Its small but that's the charm of it for me. (FYI - you can adjust your cam so you are able to move around more easily, and even adjust it so the rooms look and feel larger) Its a little tricky but I added my own textures to some of the walls. Fits nicely on a 32 x 32 parcel.

Yes, this skybox is a small one! Maybe being able to resize had been a good idea. But jeez, this is one cute home and shabby chic style furniture fits perfectly! The texturing is outstanding! It gives the feel of the student flat most wanted to have but didn't got!

A waste of money
Very small, complicated to move into with the camera, it also has a large number of invisible prims linked because it's phantom. Bad
Impossible to navigate around the sky box
This is a very small sky box and its impossible to navigate around the sky box without adjusting the camera every few seconds, this is very annoying so straight in the bin for me
