This is a pinafore or Jumper dress, while I cannot say with confidence if this particular style is historic, I am sure most Victorian themed places will not object.

This is so cute!
I wear Maitreya LaraX Petite, and this is indeed a fitmesh, so it works with most bodies. It looks great! I love how refreshing and summery it is! I bought the plain version too, I love them!
