This is a pinafore or Jumper dress, while I cannot say with confidence if this particular style is historic, I am sure most Victorian themed places will not object.

Perfect for western 1800s roleplay
I swear this dress is so perfect for a fun late 1800s roleplay. It is fitmesh so it works with most bodies, i wear Maitreya LaraX Petite and works perfectly on me. The shape is gorgeous and it looks so fresh and nice!
